lxtar Terms and Conditions

lxtar (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "lxtar") is an online betting and casino service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, and financial activities on the platform.

These terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Every user is considered to have given their consent to these terms and conditions from the moment they access this platform.

To open an account and use services on lxtar, users must meet the following conditions:

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with a third party.
• Users must use a payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or a bank account) registered in their own name.

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, lxtar reserves the right to close the account and withhold any deposited funds at any time.

You are solely responsible for the security of your lxtar account. Keep the password and login details you use to access your account confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• When requested for identity verification (KYC), you must submit a valid identity document, proof of address, and any other required documents.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date. lxtar is not liable for withdrawal delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.
• lxtar reserves the right to suspend accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, with prior notice.

lxtar supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• lxtar reserves the right to temporarily place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

lxtar offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. By claiming a bonus, the following conditions apply:

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own validity period, minimum deposit requirement, and wagering conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated.
• lxtar reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.

VIP Cashback

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Cashback benefits will be credited automatically to eligible accounts on a weekly basis.

lxtar offers a range of gaming services including casino games, sports betting, and live casino. All games are operated in a fair and transparent manner (Fair Play).

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed in the game lobby.
• Rounds completed due to a technical error may be voided and the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game provider's policy will apply to any active bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled in sports betting, the amount of the related bet will be refunded.
• Betting limits (minimum and maximum) vary by game and market and are subject to change.
• lxtar reserves the right to investigate unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and the relevant funds may be forfeited:

• Participating in money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Betting on behalf of or as a representative of a third party.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Providing a false identity or forged documents.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Participating in chargeback fraud or credit card fraud.
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
